My friends will often ask for brunch recommendations in Boston and Masa is always on the top of the list. I’ve brunched at Masa 3 times and have enjoyed it each time!

My last visit was about a year ago but I remember it like it was yesterday.

A friend of mine suggested Masa for brunch and I immediately got excited…I hadn’t been in a few years and couldn’t wait to try it again. The wait is usually 30 / 45 minutes because the place is so popular, but my friend had planned ahead and made a reservation! Major key!

We started with the a few cocktails that you have to try! Masa is a Mexican restaurant so all of the drinks are full of flavor.

I decided to order the Santa Fe Style Eggs Benedict atop Southwestern Biscuits and added Chorizo. I love a good eggs Benedict and this is the best I’ve had! I enjoyed the spices on the chorizo, the fluffy biscuit, and the crispy potatoes.

My friend ordered the Nut Crusted Texas Toast, which was massive! I don’t think he finished it all, but he wanted to.

If you are ever in Boston and want to enjoy a delicious, Mexican inspired brunch, visit Masa Restaurant in the South End area.
